We wholeheartedly believe that the love of God changes lives indefinitely. It is this love that compels us to teach and point students to Christ. Our philosophy is to inspire minds to grasp the love of God through Scripture, prayer, and service while building a relationship with Jesus Christ.

Bible 9- Teacher- Carlos Santana

Bible 9 seeks to identify and examine Scripture as the revelation of God while exploring and explaining Seventh-day Adventist biblical understandings through the Encounter Adventist Curriculum. This course will also outline and explain the role of Ellen G. White as a prophet of God and utilize her writings. Classes will be engaging and dynamic with a multitude of resources, activities, and reflection time. The goal: encounter Jesus.

Bible 11- Teacher- Carlos Santana

This class focuses on developing a mature relationship with Jesus and digging into the Bible deeply. Junior Bible studies the enduring legacy of Scripture and why the Scriptures can be trusted, it studies the story of God’s people from the fall of Jerusalem through the Reformation, it studies the Books of Daniel and Revelation with an emphasis on the prophetic messages, and it studies the story of God’s people in the history of the Seventh-day Adventist church. 

 

Bible 12- Teacher- Pastor Ryan Wilson

Senior Bible Class, also known as Religion IV, is a fun, interactive class that jumps into the Word of God. Throughout the year we will be covering the topics of World Religions; the Book of John; Life After High School (Marriage and Family, Finances, Careers, etc); and “Legacy” (what fingerprint are you leaving on the world around you). In addition to these subjects, there will also be class time dedicated to discuss hot topics involving issues in the world today, what the Bible says about these topics, and how they affects us, as well as what it really means to be a true Christian.

 

Biblical Foundations- Teacher- Pierre Ortiz

This class focuses on the understanding the SDA Christian worldview by learning how the Bible is put together, how it works, and becoming familiar with the foundational stories of the Bible. This class will look at both stories in the Old and New Testaments with an emphasis on Genesis and the Gospels. Students will be invited to learn more about God and His character, ultimately being invited into a relationship with Him.
