Hearts of Gold Goes Online
Hearts of Gold 2020, as a live event, was scheduled to take place on March 8, 2020. Three days prior, as the world stage was being introduced to the Coronavirus, we needed to be prudent and cancel the event to protect our valued benefactors. That left us with all the wonderful items that generous individuals and corporate donors had given over the past 6 months. Now we are hosting an online auction, April 28, 29, 30 and would be thrilled to have you join the Hearts of Gold Online Auction by following these steps:
Create an account by clicking this link: Create an Account
After creating your account, you can view all items up for bid by clicking this link: Hearts of Gold Online Auction Items and scroll down the page.
Once registered, don’t forget to write down your log-in information so that throughout the event, you will be able to easily log-in and monitor the bidding.
NOTE- If you already have your online bidding link, there is no need to self-register again. Not sure if you do? Contact Gina Hubin for assistance - gina.hubin@auburn.org
Monetary Giving - A question that has come up from many as to whether you can give monetary donations without bidding on items during the auction and the answer is YES! There will be a donation button available where you can donate any monetary amount. You will still need to register and create an account to have that option. Hearts of Gold is so vital for students at Auburn Academy. Over 85% of our students require some level of financial assistance in order to be able to attend and the funds raised through Hearts of Gold provide that essential Financial Assistance. We recognize times are difficult, however, we feel deeply that God is calling us to take a step out in faith because Christian education is so important to keep a priority. We pray God’s protection over our students, their families, our alumni, our Friends of Auburn Academy and the full reach of our valued Washington Conference. May God bless each of you with health and healing and please keep us all in your prayers.
Many Blessings,
Growth & Development Team
